Alphetos the despaired

Born on the hive world of Altos Omega, Alphetos was acquainted with despair at an early age, watching his parents and brothers killed by some guardsmen after they got drunk and killed them. Then he joined one of the many gangs controlling the underhive. Alphetos thought finally his life had turned around with his new family however it did not last. For no sooner did he have this thought, than a warpstorm appeared above the planet, and out of it came a Plagueship of Nurgle. Before its armies landed the diseases decimated the planet. Soon the majority of the hive had succumbed and out of the gang Alphetos was left untainted. However he had no choice but to kill his second family to ease their suffering. This was how a Plaguebearer from the ship found him. It saw in him its father influence and took Alphetos into the Warp. He appeared many years later traveling from planet to planet, trying to make the rest of the galaxy feel his despair.

Demiter the Tainted and Corupt

For thousands of years he served under horus. He followed after Horus turned to chaos and began to bow to Nurgle. With his own ship he devastated countless imperial worlds with the forbidden virus bombs. He would relish at thought of the populations of these worlds melting away into piles of flesh and bile. As he use of the bombs grew so did his corruption by Nurgle. Eventually he began to travel down to the surface of those forsaken worlds to kill all who had escaped the virus. Demiter gained an immunity no other had, he now controlled the virus and bent it to his will. Warping his weapons with it he would rain down death on his enemies by fating them to the worst death of all, being eaten by the virus. Nurgle was pleased and began to warp his body and eventually he was deemed a daemon prince. His body resembling the remains of his victims. Any gashes being filled in with taint ofNurgle himself.

Nice model. Too bad I don't have a use for a Nurgle Daemon prince.
So, if you need help with judging, shoot some of the ideas my way.

Twonkle The Flatulent
Son of an Imperial Govenor Of Ramistar, a corrupted and diseased Hive city in the outer reaches, Twonkle was seen as thh retarded child of his family, born with latent and unknown psychic powers, these caused him to be unable to communicate with those around him, but was able to control nearly any food stuff within his vicinity. This lead to him being hunted by inquisitors, to be sent on a black ship, to be soul bound. however, his father, desperate to see his line continue, hid his son, and claimed to have killed him for fear of possession. After the death of his mother at the hands of the inquisitors, Twonkle, driven by rage and lust, begged for his life to end. locked away in the deepest levels of the hive, trapped like a prisoner, he prayed for death. His eventual escape lead to him killing his father, and he disapeared into the hive. There, he feasted, driven mad by despair, until he attracted the attentions of Nurgle, and nurgle promised him revenge.

Sars the Overblown.
As a young man Sars was the runt of his family. Always picked last at games and never given the last piece of pie. As he aged into maturity he finally grew until he was the biggest, tallest, and strongest. But the damage to his psyche, and abilities, was done...Always seeing himelf as the runt. Still last picked. Never able to overcome. Despite his size and physique he was never able to rise above a mediocre level of achiement.

Sars the Overblown PT2:
In a final act of desperation and self pity Sars turned to the Dark Gods. The Gods lined up to examine their new toy, but alas Khorne saw no shooting ability. Slaneesh saw no skills in the arts of pleasure. Even Tzeench saw no way to bring about a change. Finally, Nurgle saw the path...and Sars was again picked last.
Nurgle took the soul of Sars, and in a cruel twist of fate made him the least effective of his agents. The most likely to roll a one, except for boxcars on Leadership. The inept one.
SARS. Feared, but in the end, impotent.

PS,I have no need for a Demon Prince...I as just thinking of the South Park where everyone gets Sars and Stan's dad tells his son he only has a 98% chance of living. So, being a dork I just tossed this one out there.
It was either Sars or Hini (H1N1).

Borgas, the Sloth

Once, Borgas Gregor was a well known captain of the Iron Hand Space Marines. Sadly, he began to feel superior to his comrades, like he was truly destined to be more. He struck a deal with the being he considered one of the most powerful in the known universe; Nurgle, the chaos god of decay. When the Death Guard arrived on the planet Vespian VIII, Borgas betrayed his allies by deactivating the orbital defense system, allowing diseased warheads to rain freely upon the planet's surface. Nurgle, pleased with his new pawn, ascended him into daemonhood. Borgas's frame twisted and morphed in the likeness of the Great Father himself. Large and powerful, yet slow and ponderous, he was granted the title of "Sloth", which to the followers of Nurgle, translates to "patient and inevitable".

(cont'd)

Borgas the Sloth was born, and given reign over the very planet he sacrificed in the name of his Chaos deity. The surface of the globe is unknown, as none can see past the thick, green, noxious gas that fills the atmosphere. No expedition to the surface has ever returned.

Uh Oh - problem with mybattalion email:

Delivery Status Notification (Failure).

I was attempting to send the 'text' version as I had previously sent a PDF, but it didn't go through.

---

2 attempts, 2 failed deliveries. It says message rejected, perhaps the inbox is full?

Could someone let me know if they've received my initial PDF (or any) email with Fluff story? ...it seems that they've been rejected and today is the last day. I can post it as a blog if the email isn't working I suppose - or if there is a different email to try.

Falconator hasn't sent us any of the e-mail entries yet. If you don't hear anything else within a few hours I'd make a blog. It's a little extra work but better safe then sorry. Just post a link to it here for ease of accessability.

Prince Hellbound Hemroids.......

To even bring a slight smile to his face he mixes Preperation H with Absorbine Jr with a hint of Icey Hot and makes suppositories for himself and his inner circle of hellhound fiends. They are also used as breath mints. Go Figure..

Gullthrak Pussripper

A former guardsman under the great sarg. Bastonne he served with him on the planet of Agrippina where he was wounded the sergeant went back to save him but on the flight back found that he had been blessed by nurgle he quickly threw Gullthrak off the plane. But this was not enough to end him as the plague mutated and born him anew with a dark desire. Because the plague had changed his face, he reemeresed himself in the platoon letting the plague festering him and he quickly went up the ranks and was eventually given command of his own regiment... all part of his evil plan. While on a rutine mission patrolling the ice planet of horath5 for cultist the new commander corddinated a trap for his regiment with what little remained of the cultists on the planet he got all of the soldiers in one room and had cultist seal them in. With them and the cultist he quickly over threw the hive planet and turned every person into a vessel for nurgles creations with this army he quickly wipped through the sector crushing all opposition. While going on his crusade he defeated the head librarian of the Lions of the emperor chapter. H ETOOK THE Librarian broadsward force weapon and tainted it into the great chaos blade Bubblonic soulrender.
