Still haven't managed to squeeze in a battle with the new Guard yet, but the longer I wait, the more new bits I'm picking up...!

Just wanted to share that I took my guard out to a tourney at my LGS this weekend. It was the first time I had actually played a game with the guard and I wound up 2-1 with wins over Chaos and Deathwing and a loss to the Tau.
I'm going to, hopefully, write up a battle report and post it somewhere.

I just did a big trade and now have a ton of Cadians sitting on my desk ready to go... Now I just have to figure out if I have enough points to actually field them already.

First wave of models and the codex hits stores next week with the battalion boxes arriving soon afterwards. Between the Space Wolves I'm finishing and the Catachan force I'm assembling, I'll be busy painting for months!
