Hiya Guys

I know we have the feed feature for displaying external blogs on our homepages, but no one see's them unless they specifically visit your homepage and then scroll right to the bottom.

Can we an an import function so that we can import external blog posting into the MB blog system. This would allow us to develop blogs on MB whilst not abandoning our existing one. It'd also allow other MB members to comment on the blogs which they currently can't on the feeds.

I will agree with you. I have a few blogs and I for one will not give them up, or convert them to this group. If there is a way to import my current blog here that would be great.

I agree that this should be possible. I have tried to post links to my blog ("Roll dice and kick ass!") already and found the interface incredibly confusing. With RSS in this day and age of Web 2.0, and with My Battalion's social networking goals, it is hard to imagine why feeding external blogs into appropriate pages shouldn't be trivial to do.

This is on our list, but towards the bottom of the list. There is an application available to you in your profile that will allow you to set your feed up. So we will find a solution, we work to keep up the blog side of our site so we hope that our users will use that, but we know that you guys with established blogs aren't interested in up keeping two blogs.

That being said I have the urge to reveal our current project, we are going to move into the near monopolized army listing software niche, and look forward to releasing mybattalion "Forge" later this year at a very very reasonable price.
