My friend who runs a blog posted this picture up this morning:



Apparently the word on the interwebs is that this is one of the new codexes under development. The bigfoot footage type grainyness of the image does little to supprt or deny this statement, and it certainly looks like a codex for a race with a double barrel name. Witch Hunters? Black Templars? The actual rumor is that this is for Dark Eldar, although the blob that is the name doesn't look (to me) like DE. Thoughts?

thats been on bols for over 2 weeks now, its supposedly the Dark Eldar

I'm not totally convinced of it being DE to be honest...

Looks a lot like the space wolves cover in my opinion...but we do know that DE are coming sept/october --ive had 3 independent sources give me eerily similar details on the codex, a wee bit of change between them, but only enough to know that they aren't all from the same sources...

Can't tell what the title may be, either, but the title does seem to be a lot longer than "Dark Eldar"...
I do know that he has Photoshop and InDesign open on that PC!! ( Hmm, maybe I use those progs too much...)

Not sure if it was Warseer or Dakka Dakka, but someone zoomed in on the image and put it next to a black and white dark eldar picture and it was an exact match to the shapes you can see.

It does look like the space wolves codex, mmm do you think it may infact be an older image from before they redone the codex. that they are using as a base for a new codex for someone.

looking at how long it is now, and the current rumours flying around like misquitos, i'm gonna say its a split between DE and DH and i'm leaning DE

I think it is the sw codex by the looks of the cover.
